I’m gearing up for the Nutcracker! Last year I helped film 5 peformances and compiled 2 into seperate DVDs. It was neat to be part of a project from filming to editing to designing the DVD box and seeing all the peices together. It was complete with a lengthy credits list and was my first attempt at creating a full DVD much like a movie you would buy off the shelf. Special thanks to my friend Tracy for all her help with this project! All that work will be repeated for this season and I can’t wait to get new photos to play with. Dance performances are still one of my favs to shoot but is also the most challenging due to low lighting and no flash allowed.
