Hello in 2009! I hope day 2 is treating everyone well. My list of must-dos in 2009 continue to expand! I don’t call them resolutions, because I don’t feel like I am resolving much by taking on new and fun things to do in my life. Actually, they won’t be resolved at all…more like ongoing! Anyway, I have heavily considered that I will learn a new musical instrument in 2009. In addition to the new instrument I now possess (violin), I plan to improve my rusty piano skills as a way to offer myself even more creative outlets.The bad news? I need a piano. The good news? I just found a store locally that has old and new ones on sale! It is strange how I have this deep desire to pursue music more now than ever before. I am thinking it has to do with my major development with the visual arts over the last 6 years, so I crave another variety. Bring on the piano and violin!
